I wanted to see how this all works. The first thing I noticed is that the courses are PACKED. everyone wants to go out. They are disinfecting the cart as much as possible. Rangers are out making sure you are keeping your social distance. There is no water or ball washers on the course. They wrap a piece of Styrofoam around the flag stick so you do not touch the cup or pin. Everything else is pretty much golf as you know it.
After a few holes, you forget about everything. It becomes just golf. You forget what is going on in the world. You forget the reality you're about to return to once hole 18 is done. It was strange, but it turned out to be really nice. I am glad I went.
