UConn-Notre Dame Game Postponed

STORRS, Conn. –The UConn women’s basketball team’s game vs. Notre Dame in the 2020-21 season has been postponed due to Notre Dame’s need to restructure its schedule because of COVID-19.

UConn and Notre Dame were set to enter the first of a four-year series agreement this season. With the postponement, the teams will add the game to the end of the series in 2024-25.

This will be the first time the Huskies and Fighting Irish won’t compete in a regular season since 2013-14. Including postseason, the last time the teams did not face each other in a season was 1994-95.
