AAC Football Preview

There should be a ton of excitement heading into the 2018 AAC football season a big reason for that is  the conference returns its offensive and defensive players of the year Mackenzie Milton for UCF and Ed Oliver for Houston.  


Junior Quarterback Mackenzie Milton lead the Golden Knights to an undefeated season last year throwing 37 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. With 14 starters returning UCF is picked to win both the Eastern Division and the AAC. ( Video Below Courtesy of Florida Football Insiders)  

Houston's Ed Oliver is not only considered as the best Defensive Tackle in the nation he's also considered one of the best players in the country and a projected top 5 pick in next years draft. Last year Oliver won the Outland Trophy for the Nations best interior linemen he had 73 tackles and 16.5 Tackles for loss for the Cougars last year who are picked to finished 2nd in the AAC West Division .  ( Video Below Courtesy of Mark Rogers TV.com ) 


Memphis is picked to win the Western division of the AAC despite losing Quarterback Riley Ferguson and Wide Receiver Anthony Miller to the NFL they return 16 starters from last year were the won the division and lost to UCF the AAC Championship game. ( Video Below Courtesy of  Mark Rogers TV.com) 

Uconn is picked to finish 5th in the AAC East Division but in Randy Edsel 2nd year as head coach they return their starting quarterback David Pindell and their leading rusher and receiver from last year Kevin Mensah and Hergry Mayala.
